Funniest Advert I saw traveling!

I have spent the last month traveling Europe! I went to Italy, Slovenia, Croatia, Hungary, Poland, Czech Republic, Berlin, Belgium and Amsterdam. It was splendid, and so was the advertising heres an example: 

Doesn't it make you just want to buy a pint of Ozujsko? No... ok.

In other news I started my work experience today at Modern Designers. Hopefully I will do well:).

NCHA

NCHA are a housing association in Nottinghamshire who provide high quality housing, services and support for more people in need. We were set a brief by Purple Circle to create them a innovative annual report for 08/09.

From an idea, to type faceface!

This is the final result!























To make the font both of the fonts aided me in how they workerd. For example some letters that were different in 2D would apear the same 3D, so they had to be changed. The main problem was the letters with diagonal lines but I think I created rules so that they all look well formed and easy to understand.

This is where the idea came from:












I had to change this so that the diagonal lines would work better and there would be more differences by having the blocks 2 cubes wide.

But yes, I actually feel I pulled it together just at the end, probably my best planned project so far!

Im looking forward to creating some bakery Kicks related graphics with Belle this summer and getting a proper site up and running!

Energy saving campaign
This is the back of my energy saving booklet aimed at students. The booklet folds out into a poster, with fun equations on how to save money and invites you to mark them right or wrong if they work. Hopefully get the inside printed at somepoint.
